Return and Exchange Policy
At Glam Theory Cosmetics, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason — with the exception of cases where the incorrect item was received.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong product, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
To start a return, please contact us at info@glamtheorycosmetics.com. If your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions for sending your item back.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@glamtheorycosmetics.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Gift Cards & Sale Items
All sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
If you’re eligible for a return due to an incorrect item, the quickest solution is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
