Shipping and Pickup Policy

Processing Time

Cosmetics: Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of receiving your order.
Skincare Products: These items are ordered from the supplier once the order is placed with the esthetician, and are not kept on hand. Please allow 5–8 business days for fulfillment before shipping or in-store pickup.

Shipping Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Flat Rate Shipping for Cosmetics: $10
Flat Rate Shipping for Skincare: $15
Free Shipping on Cosmetics: Available for domestic cosmetic orders $100 or more
Free Shipping on Skincare: Available for domestic skincare orders $400 or more

In-Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order? Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout. You’ll receive an email once your items are ready. Please allow standard processing time based on your order type (24 hours for cosmetics, 5–8 days for skincare).

Important Notes

We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Glam Theory Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they’ve been shipped. Customers should file claims directly with USPS for any delivery issues.
