Processing Time

• Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of receiving your order.

Shipping Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Cost

• Flat Rate Shipping: $10

• Free Shipping on Cosmetics: Available for domestic cosmetic orders $100 or more

In-Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order? Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout. You’ll receive an email once your items are ready. Please allow standard processing time based on your order type (24 hours).

Important Notes

• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

• Glam Theory Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages after they’ve been shipped. Customers should file claims directly with USPS for any delivery issues.
